Nine Muses releases ‘Sweet Rendezvous’ jacket cover, concept photos, and tracklist

After releasing member Erin’s comeback teaser photo a few days ago, Nine Muses has unveiled the official album jacket cover to their new album, ‘Sweet Rendezvous‘.

The sepia photo gives off a mysterious, vintage feel, and the girls who are posing in front of a train look like they’re about to embark on some sort of journey.

Going off their new theme ‘Ticket’, the girls are pulling off a concept that’s completely different from their previous, living up to their title as ‘model idols’.

Each member is striking the right pose and wearing the perfect facial expression to display their own charms, and their album jacket looks more like a pictorial from a fashion magazine.

The album jacket came as a surprise to some fans, as the concept was completely different from Erin’s sexy and charming ‘ticket girl’ teaser photo.

Their title song “Ticket” from the girls’ new album ‘Sweet Rendezvous’ that drops on March 8th is their third collaboration project with Sweetune, after “Figaro” and “News“.

“Ticket” is sure to leave an impression on listeners, as the lyrics compare the heart of a woman to a one-way ticket. Once the love is given, there’s no going back.

Their agency Star Empire remarked, “We spent a lot of time thinking about how we could project the ‘ticket’ theme. We wanted to mix Nine Muses’ unique colors to all the images this word brings to mind. We thought that we could create extreme change with different images from time to time, and attempted to work on various projects. We will be releasing all the different charms and appeals of Nine Muses with this new ‘ticket’ theme.”

Nine Muses release second practice video for ‘News’

Nine Muses have just released a full staff practice video for their new song, “News“!

The members wore stage outfits with their names floating on top of  them in order to help new fans distinguish who’s who. Though they’re dressed in their stage outfits they mange to put on a perfect performance. The video still exudes a sexy charisma thanks to their interactions with the male dancers.

Nine Muses release MV for “News”

Nine Muses is back and they’re ready to make some headlines with their new song, “News“.

There’s some clever prop usage in the video to mirror the feel of media play. In one segment, the girls are boxed in by glass frames to emulate how stars live on the small screens for us; in another, they recline against a floor designed to look and flash like a camera lens.

Nine Muses release ‘Dark Lady’ concept photos

Following the photo teasers featuring new member Kyung Li, Nine Muses has finally released individual album jacket photos for each of their eight members!

The ‘model idols’ emphasized their sleek figures and long legs with their matching black tweed suits and sexy knee-high boots. The chiffon fabrics and corsages completed a feminine, yet ethereal look that seems inspired by a MMORPG character design.

It’s a complete turnaround from their “Figaro” promotions, where the focus was on fun, retro colors and prints.

Star Empire stated, “Fans can consider this a new start for Nine Muses with their new eighth member.”

Nine Muses will begin their official promotions with the release of their single on January 11th.

Yesterday, girl group Nine Muses revealed their comeback concept with their new member, Kyung Li. Following a group teaser, the girls have returned with an individual photo of their eigth member!

Posing with smudged make-up and messy, tousled hair, fans were surprised to see a member being introduced without a proper glammed up photo.

Representatives of Star Empire explained, “We felt that since she’s a rookie that not many people are familiar with, she’d be perfect to express the correct feel of the image we’re trying to convey. This is not just an image cut of Kyung Li, but rather a teaser that encompasses everything about Nine Muses’ comeback.”

21 year old Kyung Li has been a trainee for quite a while and is skilled in both vocals and dance. Nine Muses will be making their return on January 11th.
